Right now Central Appalachia is going through a bit of a heat wave. I love camping, but I'm sort of glad that we didn't this weekend - the heat is simply oppressive (and I've got a cold). Anyway, I was just posting on here to see if folks had recovered from their inaugural Cooper camp-out sunburns and to see how folks were doing. Other than having a cold, I'm in pretty good spiritis - I would like to think that I was at least a small factor in Mike Garrison's coming resignation as president of WVU. There's still a lot to do, but I'm glad that this step has been taken.
But the biggest question is...
When will we camp again? WV-Day weekend is out for Jer and me, but I'd like to hope that we'll have ourselves another camp-out here in the near future.

My Neapolitan tan has healed, and Lacy isn't peeling anymore.
I can't do the 4th either- maybe some other time in Mid-July?
Mid July to late August, we can camp and goto Augusta Festival Concerts in the evening. Just a thought.
